I've been up since 4.50 before I had 4 rashers grilled smoke bacon 3 scrambled eggs mushrooms and half a tin of of Italian plum tomatoes oh and five rounds of orange warbys toast. Lashing of HP and white pepper. Washed down with a pint of.orange barley water

Well I had something a bit different. I had a census taker. I ate his liver with some fava beans and a nice chianti.

It was delicious. You should try it!

I'm looking forward to later on as I'm having an old friend for dinner.

Milk and butter are made from the same thing, so don't let it put you off.

I've been putting coconut oil into my coffee now for a couple of days.

Besides coffee, I had two slices of toast; one with butter, one with coconut oil. Coconut oil is healthier than butter and I think it makes for a better slice of toast.

Yep, coconut oil, ghee (it has the milk solids removed) or even Lactofee butter?
