Boxers do it, but I'd go with hopscotch to begin with if I were you

MAMOBA, miles and miles of bugger all (Aberdeenshire)

Great for cardio! A good burst of skipping is great for raising the heart rate.

I often skip

A good sports bra. When I started exercise my first sports bra was a 46GG extra firm support. They hardly moved. Did feel like an industrial harness and the 32DDs now are much comfier.

Skipping is excellent for cardio and fat burning. I've got a buddy lee aero speed rope. Any rope would do but I'd get one that's got the little pivot ball things on the handles.

If I remember right the bigger ones were goddess soft cup maximum support (advised by a friend) and then when I got below a 40inch chest it was panache.

To vary, I sometimes use wrist/ankle weights.

Sometimes U.K

skipping is a great cardio workout to build those leg and ab muscles.

Try to achieve 200 skips every other day, even if you start with 20 rest 20 rest..you'll slowly build up your stamina and cardio level.

Good Luck x

Got me one with the bearings that allow the rope to spin free

Yeah you have to watch/pay attention on how you put your foot down.

Skipping is not good if you are flat footed.
