Looking back when you was young 15/16 how have you changed and have your views changed at all on life . I know we lean things from our mistakes and we live and learn . But looking back, there are some lessons I've learned that I would probably tell my 15/16 year-old self . What lesson would you tell your self at 15/16.?

If I could go back, I'd currently be millionaire without a shadow of a doubt

No lessons, I'd know he'd have to learn it his own way.

But I'd give him a big hug, warn him that the next four years were going be even more shitty, but tell him that the light at the end of the tunnel was unbelievably sunny, bright and warm.

(Then I'd take a transcript of John Hurt's interview to his mum so he wouldn't have a get a letter out of the blue, 30 years later saying "fancy that, you were telling the truth afterall" grrrr)

I wish I'd listened more to my parents

grandparents and others who feared for me and my decisions early on in life

I wish I'd believed in my abilities more

Oddly enough I lack confidence

Money is not everything family and being happy is .. I think at times it takes over when working for yourself .. And you can miss out on things ,

Believe in myself and be myself, people like me more than I think

Work towards a job involving my hobbies, find a career I love

The school boyfriend really isn't worth it

I'm a better person than someone will have me believe

Deal with my weight issues now, find an exercise I enjoy

Improve my relationship with my sister

I had a mature head on me even as a child. I know nothing now that would benefit me by going back in time and informing myself. The only decision I would make would be to leave my husband the day he I got pregnant with my last child. Although I may have met someone else and had a crap life anyway so,on reflection I would probably do everything the same

I would say when you get the chance to fuck Jane Doe* just go for it. She will tell you a few days after you've gotten naked and did everything but shag that you could've had her, even though she always insisted she wouldn't go all the way. You will never get another chance.

*Name changed to protect the not so innocent.

School is fucking vital these days, more than back then I think. It really is easy street, the minute you leave, then move out, you have bills to pay.

enjoy the easy days that are school
