why do people look over and over but never send a message, and most fit our wants and us them?

and i mean over and over, are we that scary?

it may be that they find you so attractive that they are unsure that you will find them the same....so nerves stops them sending an initial message.....they must be interested if they are repeatedly viewing the profile...i think you sending a message in reply if you are interested in them is a great way to show there's a mutual attraction....im sure this will prove very successful

i sometimes look at a profile more than once..usually because there are so many profiles i forget which ones i have and havent seen and it isnt until i open them that i realise i've already checked them.

there's nothing to say you cant send a message and ask for constructive feedback on your profile...something along the lines of "we've noticed you have looked at our profile and have chosen not to take it any further, is there anything in particular in our profile that we could improve on?"

or perhaps, they are just not looking to meet at this time and are considering you for a later date?

Maybe they find you attractive and want to take things further, but they're unsure what to put in a message to you, so this is their way of letting you know. I know there's the wink option, but a lot of profiles clearly state NO WINKS, so they don't want to possibly harm their chances. This won't be the case for everyone who looks, but for some it will. Why else would you look at a someone's profile that often?

And before anyone jumps in and makes comments about being ambidextrous or such like, yes, I've already thought of that one...

I can look at a profile a number of times purely because I don't have a memory.

I often click on a posters profile to find out a bit about them, but 3 days later I'll probably repeat the same process with the same poster and on and on my tiny little mind continues finding the same stuff out about the same people bacause I smoked too much dope and drank too much snake-bite in my youth.

Sometimes its just that the creative juices aren't flowing, so we guys (well me) think I'll write later when I've got something better to say.

In short, like writing profiles, emails are difficult to get write. Oddly once the ice is broken things become easier.

coz sending a friends invite is much quicker. sending message after message is time consuming and if peoples profiles are anything to go by then not many people either return a message or read a message. so why bother.Hit and miss and can be tedious messaging.
