No - not a 1980's shite commercial but a little homage to our favourite Bi-pedal Welshman.

In your ears, on the box, in the car, annoying the neighbours - doesn't matter.

What's wriggling your mind right now

Ted Nugent - Stranglehold has just twisted my noodle before bedtime

Moment of truth is still one of my favourite hip hop albums. Guru's voice is just fantastic and somehow sounds effortless, and then the creative master that is Premier... They were never going to fail. Mobb deep's hell on earth never seems to get old either. Dj premier NY reality check keeps reappearing too. But really, the music that mostly gets the volume to 11 in our house is techno. Deep and moody
