How far do you travel?

Nr Worksop

I was just surprised to hear that someone did a 90 mile trip for a meet and it got me thinking. Just how far is too far to go just for sex It seems unlikely that anyone would have travelled that.distance for a social meet first either. So what happens if you get their and their pictures are not quite.as they seem. Do you still go ahead with it?. No judgement here just genuinely curious

(Also my first time starting a proper thread so please be gentle)

Bearing in mind that distances in the US are greater, I've travelled two hours (about 100 miles) to meet a couple. That was just the initial meet!

I've travelled to the UK before....and about to do so aged in very soon!

I've also travelled to Barcelona for a second meet.

I do 100 miles for socials and TG Events on a semi-regular basis, but not for a meet. With the ones I do, I'm assured of there being people out and so on

I travelled 80 miles each way for one of my meets. I don't mind the distance if I think it's worth it. If it turns out its not then that's my own fault for driving that far in the first place.

We have travelled to Scotland Devon Cumbria Blackpool Rotterdam Jamaica Cap D'agde and the USA, depends how well you get on with the people, if they can accommodate etc.

We try to fit our long distance meets in with where we are working, mr tax man can foot some of the bill then.

I have spent most of my life living long distances away from my friends and family, so meeting a friend off here is not any different when time permits.

We have done two hours there.....had lots of fun then two hours back on a few occasions.... It's definitely worth it if I really like someone

I can only meet once a year when im back in the UK...so i dont mind traveling to meet those whom i know are genuine and nice to me.

in the past year I have hired a car for a house party, then bought a car and covered over 5000 miles for the various parties and meets, so much so that I have had to increase the mileage allowance on the car!

Admittedly, most of that was club nights which are about 1.5 hours each way from me and a club buddy, not been to the local clubs for some unknown reason.

Still the conversations in the car to the clubs can be a tad out of the box, like recasting the rocky horror picture show with your friends from fab.

Agreed! I had someone come 2 and a half hours drive to see me a couple of times, seen a few people that live far away it's just not as regular as I'd like.

Well I've known him for over a year now and we see each other every fortnight. Not necessary him coming down to London , But we see each other in other cities too.
