"Stovies / corned beef hash here is more simple: Either fry up onions with a chopped tin of corned beef and bashed up left over boiled potatoes / mash (this way you get the nice burnie bits). If you have cabbage too, whack it in. Or boil chopped/sliced potatoes, half way through ditch some water so the potatoes are just covered and add the corned beef and cook it together (this way is sloppy and mushy) Any other root veg can be added, but plain an simple is always more popular." Put it in an oven proof dish Drag a fork across the top of it put in the oven to crisp up. Serve with runny fried egg on it and beans with loads of pepper and brown sauce!
