Scary usernames

Without naming names, I've seen some scary usernames for guys that I wouldn't remotely consider meeting.

Things like stalker, creep, psycho, mass murderer, ripper, etc.

Are these guys trying to be clever? I'm sure it's not going to work in their favour?

Are these equally scary female names you'd avoid like the plague?

(I call myself Crazy so no one can say they weren't warned. In case anyone asks.)

Idk about scary, but I avoid anyone who has things like slut, whore, etc in their username.

Huge turn off

I'm NOT sure if he has actually killed anyone though..

I know he's doing life, written an autobiography in which he states he rarely see's the light of day.

clicked on it out of curiosity and he went on to explain in explicit detail how he was serving a life sentence in prison for xxxxxx but does occasionally get day release and would love to meet people on these days and correspond in the mean time

If you're referring to the forumite whose username also refers to a well known actor from the 60s - 80s then I'm fairly sure I saw him confirm it's actually from a band, book character or some such thing and not the lifer I also thought it referred to.

I guess a username can either be how you see yourself or how you want others to see you..

Sometimes though I do wonder, of all the names you could have come up with, thats the best you could do?
