Masseuse for partner

My partner has asked that I find her a masseuse ...primarily to alleviate the aches she gets in her back...but also to sensually arouse her without the massage being overtly sexual.

Oil, candles, sweet music, sensual massage type thing..

She's quite shy about looking for lady herself - and does not want things becoming too sexual too quickly...if at all.

Is this unusual for women or is it a common first step towards exploration...?

I'm wary that finding an escort may not be wise - particularly if she's rubbish at the massage bit!

Has she ever had a professional massage before?

If she hasn't then maybe just treat her to one first so she can feel what thats like so she can fully relax without having to worry about anything sexual,then you can move on from there if she enjoys it

I had one for the first time a few months ago and almost had a panic attack before hand as strange as it may sound I don't like strangers touching me

Anyway I calmed down and it was a fantastic and relaxing experience that left me floating out the door

Yes she has in the past once or twice..similarly, she's not a massive fan of being touched by complete strangers....

I think she simply wants the 'professionalism' to be toned down by half a notch...and also she'd like to be attracted to the lady.
