So I know this is a swinging site and there are lots of couples here swinging together, but there are a fair amount who joined as singles and are now in a relationship with a fellow fabber.

I'm just curious as to how that came about for you all? How you just decided that that person was more than just a meet and worth developing something further more with.

we met as singles on here 4 years ago - very quickly became mates and more - had the couples profile over two years now - great fun Sx

Phil and I met as singles a few times at Amour in Manchester, never arranged meets, just happened to be there at the same time, and it was obvious from day one that the chemistry between us was off the scale.

We spent more and more time together, not even sexually, and were as good as inseparable. Then he asked me to be his GF...it was cute!

We created our couples profile a couple months afterwards and although we have only been an official couple for a short period, people we meet ask how long we have been together and are surprised we haven't been together for years. We are open with each other, we have rules of play, and communication is key in any relationship, but for us, it just works, very well!

Me and the OH met through here. Had a meet, hit it off and have been together now for 4 years.

I play on my own occasionally. And we play as a couple at clubs.

All in all it works.

Met as singles October 2011, had three meets in the next 4 months, then started seeing more often. Established a couples profile in August 2012. Although we live some distance apart we meet regularly and decided that a couples profile would enhance our already fantastic sex life. The rest as the say is history.

How do you tell anyone is more than just a person in your life? It's no different here to meeting someone in a pub or club or tesco or anywhere else people meet the one.

I asked because as this is a swinging site and not a dating site, how do people decide to go forward into a relationship as the other person may not feel the same. In a dating site you are there, hopefully, with a relationship in mind. So I'm just curious about relationships that form here. Call me a hopeless romantic and if I ever found love at Tescos, tell me which aisle to go to

That works. Have a dig at the people you want to meet. Next it will be why do i get no meets.

We met off site. I was crazy about her for ages,introduced ocd to here. Then things developed and we opened a couples profile. Happy days.

I can't answer that as we met over 35 years ago when the internet wasn't available to the likes of us but I've been hanging around the forums long enough to have seen a few couples get together from club meets, private meets and just chatting on the site. I think as someone else said as long as people are together on the same place relationships will form.
