"Hone lemon and orange juice all fresh" Ive had honey and lemon at the beginning - out of lemons but will get more - always seem to get left with the choky cough - this is all my fault for saying a few weeks ago = its been a fe years since i had a really bad cold that went into a chesty thing - that will teach me huh | |||

"Sudafed and maybe a steam inhalation. There is a nasty bug going about, all our residents caught it and now the staff are suffering lol." im a carer and a few of the people i go to have had colds 0 think we just sharing it about - hes had it - been chatting to someone we met at a club a couple of weeks ago - theyve had it and and other couple they met have had it - the club was hot and full so not sure if it started there - we all had it the last two complete weeks | |||
