Warm water and soap, dip cloth in and wring out well and very gently rub it,

Dont rub as vigorous as you did to get the cum on there

start with plain water on a clean cloth to start with - paper will dry -

Cum is like egg white - it hardens with heat. So cold solvents are best, if wet. If dry, try light friction to flake it off. Baby wipes could work well. Try on inconspiarea first to test - not cumming on it, just the color fastness.
