just an idea though, if your wife is fine with you playing, it may be an idea to ask her if she would mind verifying it on the phone with anyone that is interested but put off by the married part...

unless you;re telling porkies...

He could have his Pic verified with any Woman and who would know, benefit of the doubt ?, he's not really known and he's already hung, drawn and quartered.

I have no idea if he's telling the truth and it's none of my business so good luck to him
