it depends on how you cook your steak

the old way or the new way

old ways best

fry it a little on both sides to seal the flavour in it

then place in a tin and do gravy and raw onions

cook over a period of time the longer the better

as your braising it the propper way will that do you miss cc

If a crap vet can bring it back to life then it's not cooked. . If agood vet can bring it back to life it's not cooked. .We like meat cooked through and through. Properly. no bloody bits
