Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

Pancake Day tomorrow!

What do you like on yours? Traditional lemon & sugar? Or a savoury filling?

I'm going to try apple and cinnamon on mine.

Golden syrup here, or plain old lemon and sugar, I'm a traditionalist.

I make pancakes throughout the year and can now rattle off a batch in two mins without weighing anything

Me and the kids go for lemon and sugar for the first couple of rounds. Next is proper maple syrup. Then last is Nutella.

I skip the Nutella and go back to lemon. Original and best.

Though I'm not sure whether to be jealous that you have a whole day of pancakes, or sorry that it's only once a year!

Lemon, sugar and Cointreau for me, but will also be doing some raspbery and whipped cream ones
