5 weeks for me, occasionally craving but got the habit / triggers sorted so managed to avoid putting myself where I might need one.

No no I've only saved 200 (good amount though) however because I've took the plunge and finally quit after a 10 years I thought.. why not make some more changes! And it's encouraged my dad to stop cold turkey as well! I'm having man boobs lobbed off, not that bad but they bother me!
