5/15 minutes is disgusting. I myself am a full time carer for my mum doesn't depend on this service but thousands do. Sorry but I think it should be a minimum of half an hour depending on circumstances. Some of these poor people who rely on this service, it's the only people they have contact from day to day. Government buck your ideas up. You say you want more care in the community and families to look after the elderly, ill and disabled. Well get your bloody priorities in order and plunge more funding into it instead of funding foreign aid etc.

Too many needs,not enough carers

They're largely under valued,under paid and over worked

Not exactly a sparkling career choice to make
