"Yes, rigorously. Protein and carb G's are more important to me currently with my bulk. As long as I know I'm getting enough protein to build muscle im fine. But with the amount of protein and carbs I do consume my calories are always high. Once I cut I'll worry about calories " I hope I've done mine right. I thought I was eating a fair bit of protein before but now I've gotta do 137 grams a day.. | |||

"I don't. I done it for so long I kinda know. I eat close to it, my Viking genes are pretty good when it comes to muscle building so don't need to be on the number, give or take 10g of my total 240g of protein aday " I've just struggled getting up to 120g there's no way I could do 240! | |||

" Yes that's right and its a lot of chicken to eat, mind you I spread it out so I eat it every 2hrs, I take 240 and devide it with 7 my meals thruout the day. I like to eat and like that full feeling you get you know. | |||

I'm not just eating chicken all day. Eggs are nice but not very high x" YEs that's good my breakfast is usually around 700kcal or so, bananas aint to bad either to start the day with but yes eggs are good as well for the fat intake we need. | |||
