little house on the praire

20 years ago today I was at the worst point in my life.

20 years later I'm at the happiest point in my life.

Isn't it amazing how times change

Life is a roller coaster. I've hit rock bottom before and it's not something I wish to experience again.

So when I speak to someone who is extremely down, I try and tell them things will get better, it's the nature of life, you experience ups and inevitably downs.

But good for you! Shouts to the happy people, the not so happy deserve a shout too, out to you people!

When you're at the bottom the only way is to go up!

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

You've put in the work OP and now you are reaping the rewards.

On this date 5 five years ago I had been celibate for over 14 years. The next day it all changed and seven months later ended up on Fab.

Clacton on Sea

20 years ago we never had Internet and people actually talked to each other, our kids/grand kids growing up now are in a digital wonderland but they don't learn the social skills.

Conkers is now deemed a dangerous activity yet chopping up Zombies in a computer game is quite normal lol!

Some things have changed for the good but people just don't mix or talk like they used to which is worrying.

The don't learn social skills only if they are aloud to bury their heads in technology. Some parents don't allow their children to interact with other children, seen it so often down the years, those are the ones I really fear for because when they are put in a social situation, birthday parties etc, they won't leave their parents side and have no idea how to have fun with the others.
