I-tunes has just hijacked every short cut on Jons laptop.....anything we click on takes us to i-tunes. SYstem restore is not set up on his laptop.

Any suggestions please????

At a guess, though not an IT nerd, try the settings on I-tunes as im thinking maybe its set to open a bit like msn opens automatically if you log onto a computer unless you click the button for it not to. Also the camera programme i have is defaulted to change all pictures to its format unless ticked otherwise.

Am having big problems with my pc and i cant open two programmes at once, so will log off here, open I-tunes, have a look and see if i can find anything then let you know.

BE VERY CAREFUL I bet it isnt the correct i-tunes log in page you see. Depending on what browser you use Internet Explorer or firefox etc tools then options then hompage (sorry Im on a mac right now and cant remember) change the default homepage to either a "use blank" or a page you want to load everytime you use IE as a passing comment its really bad policy to set up loads of short cuts to web pages on your desktop better to make good use of the favorites system.
