What have you found?

Oldest thing I got was a coin from the 1600s

I've done it and found bits and bos. I did it a bit in fields where the Staffordshire Hoard was found but it wasn't me who discovered it. That was a near miss.

Everyone is after a hoard or something of worth, hard to find though. I have permission for some fields near an old roman road, so going to detect there come Easter time!
