Only thing that's changed for me is that I have my own place , other than that, I'm still single, I'm working and I'm pretty happy with life.

The only difference this year is that there's a 3rd tiny little person in our relationship.

We'll still be ignoring Valentine's Day as normal.

Hereabouts

Last year I was married, struggling to pay bills, a stone heavier and miserable. Now I'm much happier, almost divorced, still skint but surviving, still overweight but getting there

Newcastle and Gateshead

in the last year.. i suppose its been a biggie...

settled the family legal case, finished off paying the mortgage, turned 40 and survived pneumonia....

not much then......

i may have to find one of the "woman-y" things to court at some point.....

This time last year my OH had partially lost the use of an arm and a leg following his 3rd stroke

A year on after intense physio he has just returned to work full time and hopefully we'll have a drama free year

Omg, so much!

This time last year neither of us had ever:

. Posted anything on a public forum

. Heard of a naughty step

. Taken risqué pics in public

. Had sex on cam whilst simultaneously doing a general knowledge quiz.

. Realised there so many like-minded people out there

. Done a Boudoir photoshoot, and shown the result (a 40" canvas) to friends

. Had an MMF

. Had sex with another couple

. Explored Mrs ddc's 'bi' side

In the process discovered we love each other even more.

So Thanks Fab, and the sister site, where we took our first tentative steps.

Lord knows what the next 12 months will bring!

Mr ddc

Gutted for you! There is nothing comparable between the love people have for their pets and vice verse!
