I have just returned from visiting my GP and she has suggested that I have sex daily. That is the best medical advice I have EVER been given.

When the doctor said he wanted to give me Testo Gel for 13 months because he was feeling generous for no other reason than asking for it.

she said that as women get older the more sex they have the better it is for them as it alleviates certain symptoms connected with aging and for it to be most effective it needs to be daily. We had quite a laugh over it

but she was deadly serious.

I think they should give consideration to prescribing things that you request if there's a good reason for doing so.

my daughter was really poorly at the beginning of her chrohns - she couldnt keep anything in her system for any length of time - straight in and out - doc said eat as much bad food as you like - my daughter loves mc chicken sandwich and told the doc this and said great but what a waste haha

Advice to Mrs from (female) doctor to help firm up after having a baby; "use your pelvic floor muscles to squeeze your husband's penis tightly during intercourse."; This is advice I (Mr) am thankful for on a very regular basis, especially since she hasn't been advised to stop

Around fifty. She was aware that daily was unrealistic both in terms of equal desire and variation etc.
