I just tried to web chat with npower for them to end the chat..

so now it looks like i have to ring them up and deal with it on the phone.

Anyone had any luck with webchats

Mrs N sorted out a kerfuffle with Sky via a webchat. Daft part was, to do the same over the phone would have taken about 5 minutes, instead they were 'chatting' for 40

Same as here have been sat in web chat for about half hour i know if i ring them it will be done and sorted in 5 minutes

I just thought i was being clever while searching for there phone number i found the option to webchat!!!

I have tried it twice and it wasn't good its easier to talk to them although the wait can be a pain.

BT webchats are great.

Its a webchat and fix my pc kind of thing, they take remote control of your pc and sort it out, differnt I know Op.
