So finally I'm upgrading my phone, think I'm going for the Nokia lumia I get the phone free and its £18 with 600 mins talk time

Plenty of different Lumia models. Do you know what model code you're going for?

Personally I don't like the Windows mobile operating system and am happy with my HTC one m8 - just upgraded to Android Lollipop o/s as well which is v.nice

I've got the 635.. Love the phone.

Hate the camera. No side or front facing buttons.

No headphones either.

Oh I don't know what model she said if I can find my way around a computer I can find my way around it. She's got one and said the camera is really good

The operating software is rubbish and the apps are limited. Prefer a android os anyday

Have the 930.

OS is fantastic, stable and fast.

Android is awful by comparison.

Lumia 635, great budget phone, camera is ok but not brilliant. Lack of flash being main issue.

Runs slicker than my old Samsung s2 and handles multiple email accounts nicely.

So yes better phones exist but you a large wad for something like an S5 or iphone.

Apps are limited but all the usual social stuff us there.
