Well I've just received my first random friend invite from a woman, she is someone I've never spoken to nor even looked at, she doesn't even live close by!! I know it's a frequent occurence for the ladies and couples on here but any man had this?

The question is.... so do I or don't I??

That's pretty much what we do with every random invite. Will guess most of the fine they just wanna perv the naughty gallery we have which is fine but ask first..........

Good call I've done that and a very attractive Young lady I see so may just have to remain a friend

I never add random friends. Is she verified by meeting? It could be a man pretending to be a woman

I hate random friends requests but sometimes you get a wee surprise lol

Could actually be a 30 stone guy named George looking to get his jollys off over your pics. Could be wrong tho

Dont suppose its occured to you she may just have sent by mistake, weve sent winks and friend invites in error never realised until someone thanked us for them.

People do appear to want to cling to any thing that could be considered as interest to them. Id think nothing of it until follow ups appear

I don't send random ones because I find it presumptuous. I also state on my profile that if someone is going to send a friend invite that it is friendlier for them to say hello first.

I still get random friend invites but don't accept them, i'm not one for having a sneaky look and then deleting.

If I like their profile I may message them asking whether we've exchanged messages in the past or not.

Definitely need to ask the questions why to make sure it wasn't a mistake and we can part amicably after or if it is a bloke we can just block, that be a first for me too!!

Titz Towers, North Notts

I've had a few in similar circs. A few are forum users and that's pretty nice. One was someone who I suspected was collecting people who may fab her pics.

You may not be random but you haven't sent me a friend request either lol

I can sympathise on this, it may be she tried to wink and actually caught the invite as friend.

I've done this myself, especially when browsing on a tablet and having sausage fingers.

Could be completely innocent!

This is most likely to be the explanation when a random friends invite arrives. I speak from grim experience.

I'm much wiser to that fly now and if there is a follow-up then I ask to phone to confirm ASAP to avoid a great deal of wasted time and effort
