Really easy to do and very tasty.

Kids made it at Halloween and its now much requested for Sunday pudding.

Serve with clotted cream if desired.

I think it was a BBC good food recipe(online)

No sweets here but pies.....

Rabbit I caught myself, potato, mushrooms and carrot in a lovely thick white wine sauce, all buttery and peppery.....they're for tonights supper but I've snuck a taster or two and simply scrummy!

Just need to pinch one of these lovely sounding puds off someone and I'm set!

Not really....the carrot sweetens it and makes is nice and moist

And the carrot is finely grated so no carrot texture

.

You haven't had carrot cake ever?!

Nuh, its there next to choc cake or coffee, or some other shit so it always loses out.

I dont hate carrots, I glaze them with my roast's but I dont like shredded carrots in a salad and visualise this going on in my mouth, crunch crucnch, chew chew, that kind of thing

Definately no carrot crunch in there....

Give one a try some time, worst thing you've lost is the price of a slice of cake....

Somewhere on the M62 between 24 and 14

I once had a girlfriend who wouldn't touch cheesecake because it sounded the most disgusting thing ever!, she said who would want to eat a cake made of cheddar, double Gloucester or the like, her words.

I did try to explain the difference of cheese in said cheesecake and even ordered them in restaurants but she was slightly stubborn.

Anyway... Any chance of a platted nut loaf?? Love Walnuts if you have any?
