What job was your favourite?

Mine was working in Simply Pleasure.

Looking at all the toys, bondage, DVD, book, mags and clothes.

Helping guys choose something for their partners.

Generally being nosey at what people bought too

Its vital, the last thing you want to do is retire, get your gift, shut the office door and think 'Why the fuck did I do that for the last 50 years, I hated it'.

Loved working at the horse stables.

I was given a lot of responsibity. Looking after the horses, keeping clients happy etc.

But being in a stable taught me confidence to make a stand. I'll never fear a man again. Sometimes I stared death in its face but I was a jump away, thankfully. Bloody hell...yeah I remember u clover ya big bastard.

back in the 80s I loved shotfiring when I worked downt pit. Very satisfying putting just the right amount of explosive in and getting the perfect blast which did the damage that you wanted. I'd go and do it again tomorrow if I had the chance.

Yea, I think it was when I escaped from the Mayfair Ad Agency and ran away to the country to work another year with horses, with 'Lady Jane'....

I had a beautiful Laura Ashley cottage all to myself, there was a foot of powder snow that winter, and the Brackley young farmers were, um, hot!

Mind you the gap year in Germany with Show Jumpers was quite fun too....
