Hiding Apps

Ive heard of The Vault for hiding photos but how about hiding apps? Like I don't want to keep uninstalling and installing kik all the time.

It's for the iPhone 5s.

Any recommendations thanks

Can't you just create a folder and hide it on page 2, 3 or 4?

Could you create a nested folder? A bit like a russian doll, where you'd have the app a few layers in. I dont have the iphone, but it's an option in other phones. Mine has apps that will hide other apps, so there maybe one - Im guessing it's very likely - for iphone.

Why do you need to? I'm not being arsey, I don't understand, (probably because I don't have to hide anything on my 'phone).

Can't you just put a screen lock on the 'phone?

iPhones can have a pin set to open the phone, so maybe set that up?

I never hide anything on my phone, but then there's nothing to hide anyway

I want stuff away from prying eyes, adults and my child. Pin entry makes it too obvious that I have something to hide.

I think windows phone lets you have user profiles, but having two when its your phone raises more questions than a PIN

Setting a pin is normal and recommended. Just say you've set one after a friend had mates prank them and mess with phone settings. Also helps avoid accidental calls on touch screen

Not really. Tell anyone who queries it that it's in case your 'phone gets lost or stolen.

I have a screen lock on my 'phone and I have no need to hide anything.

Saves the risk of someone running up a huge bill or going through your pics/texts.

Can't see the problem with a pin myself.
