Is at it again, currently dismembering a squirrel while looking up at me through the back door. He is a bloody killing machine.

At least it's doing it outside, ours have a habit if doing it on either the kitchen or the lounge floor. Little furry feckers

Cats will be cats. I always feel sorry for the animals when the cat has to play with them first, it's like toying with them before they deal them the final blow.

Also I don't understand why most just kill and then leave them.

He has just beheaded it and keeps looking in at me with a face that looks like butter wouldn't melt as though asking if I want some! He can stay out side the little killer!

I wouldn't mind if he did it somewhere else, but he will gruesomely pull it to bits, eat what he wants and then leave me to clean up the mess. Might just leave it and hope a fox turns up to take care of the remains!

They are evil, but they get away with it by being furry. Quite a clever strategy really.

One of mine ate a mouse's head yesterday and then vomited it up on the carpet for me. Evil.

I have a question for all you cat owners who describe your animal as evil.

Why do you all keep animals you clearly find so offensive as pets?

"I have a question for all you cat owners who describe your animal as evil.

Because I'm not a mouse, so I'm probably safe from the killer instinct.

makes me laugh when dog owners think there animals are more superior when in reality if there lovely cuddley pooches wernt kept fat on a gourmet diet they would revert to killing machines far more dangerous than a moggie

Like every living predatory animal will do when faced with hunger?

Apparently if you die and aren't found and your pet is stuck in the house with you a dog will wait till it's practically starving before having a nibble whereas a cat just needs to be a bit peckish

I love my cat. Honest!

Mine aren't evil. Firstly, they are a particular pedigree breed that a lot of the sense and cat instincts have been bred out of. Secondly, they are indoor cats, (because a lot of the sense and cat instincts have been bred out of them!), so they don't get many opportunities to be evil.

Boy cat will eat spiders if he gets a chance.

Girl cat has some hunting instincts and still brings me gifts. She'll hunt her toys, or the latest of her obsessions, (such as the rubber door stop, my nail buffer, cork coasters), at night and leave them beside my bed for me.

I've ran out into the garden semi naked before to shoo away other cats that dare to come near them

Mine brought in mice for the 18 year old blind cat, a bit of "mouse tennis" then when he got up to sniff it they backed off and let him eat it, health food for cats, better than the tinned stuff

Awww. That's sweet of them. Not so great for the mice but it shows cats aren't always as self-centred as is sometimes claimed.

I'm sure its not evil really, I googled it and to my surprise that is the sort of thing they do. If you are not convinced you could look into a exorcism.

We love them really, but seriously, kill the beast and eat it by all means, but don't behead the thing, dismember its entrails and then leave the rest for me to clean up!
