" There's a new scam in town now, its a cold call to ask if you have worked in a noisy industrial environment, then its questions on what ppe your company supplied you with, followed by the offer of a hearing test to check if you have damaged hearing and then if you have they will make a claim on your behalf. " I had them. They gave it up as a bad job, as I couldn't hear what they were saying due to having worked in a factory....

They do not see your physical accounts, just the account numbers, cannot negotiate with the insurer, cannot negotiate with the lender. They will lick a stamp and send it to the bank, then sit back and wait for thei 40% commission + VAT. (Not that I know anything about this whatsoever at all or anything like this or I would get fired for disclosure of information. Dont you know) lol

"I've decided I'd rather have 80% of something than 100% of nothing!" The company that were looking at mine charged 39% in the end I told them I didn't want them to deal did it myself glad I did. I claimed £15000 back from natwest x

They will transfer you to your bank, listen to your security information, then basically defraud you. It is up to you if you want to use them and pay them, and be a sucker for doing the leg work, making the complaint, paying the stuff in the first place, and allowing them to talk shit to you to have them sit back and do nothing and yet get paid. I always wonder why I dont give my account numbers to all the weekly lucky prize draws I never enter, I totally should, totally missing out! I am being completely facetious there Britain.

The centres usually focus on coal mining areas, they do send those that sign up for hearing tests, but then call them back as they are tied to legal firms. The legal firms then seek compensation. Problem is most of the firms paid the employees off when they made them redundant. Part of that redundancy (if the firm was savvy) was it was full and final settlement) once the 'hearing' company glean this, they rarely bother sending them for the hearing test. Shite heads again.

"Bank are now savvy to what is on Mr Martins site. It is classed as a personal miss sale. It is not a compensatory scheme. It is a personal complaint. You have to tell you bank why you are unhappy - what you were told, should have been told or how it sold to you. It goes back to point of sale. It is not a public compliant, it is a personal complaint. If you mention anything about Martin, it will be seen as you trying to scam the bank. Initial stages Banks needed to clear backlogs and would refund any complaint, but noow have more time to cosider complaints. That said - be honest, get pissy, get nasty, it is a department within a department that doesnt affect your future lending. so go nuts. You are aggrieved at PPI, so be aggrieved, otherwise you wouldnt be wanting your money back " Not quite - I am aggrieved if I have paid it to other companies - I actually do not know, so i want someone to find out for me?

"Lol, ok, ok maybe I'll have a look at the DIY forms again....I must admit I was a bit put off my Martin wassisname's site talking about how they will always refuse the claim the first time.... I have no idea *IF* I have paid any more PPI, just want to find out really. " Go onto internet pages for your bank... Download your II wn banks forms. That's all I did. Also, you are not expected to keep records for more than 6 years.. Write that on. That's all I did. I fave them no acct info as I still a customer with same bank.. Be aware that if u have a credit card, and owe on it, and are claiming on it, if u win, your protection stops. It didn't affect me as 0 cc balance.
