Somewhere on the M62 between 24 and 14

The elevator lobby scene in the Matrix.

The opera singing/fight sequence in 5th Element ( talking of which, there is a clip gone viral of a young girl singing that, on a voice show type scenario. Wow amazing!)

And most of the fight scenes in Ong Bak. Incredible!

Another vote for Leon, but for me the bit at the end where Gary Oldman gets his comeuppance..

Another vote too for Last of the Mohicans, but for me it's the bit in the waterfall: "Stay alive - I WILL find you..."

And last but by no means least (and a little bit of politics, my name's not Ben Elton, goodnight), the climax of Brassed Off when Pete Postlethwaite gives that amazing speech.
