I'll start, and hopefully others will follow....made a lovely beef and vegetable stew this week. So what, I can hear you saying, sadly I grabbed the pack of beef, or what I thought was beef as the Ecardo delivery man had been asked to place the pack of beef on the top right hand shelf in the fridge.....turned out to be pork stir fry ***smacks forehead*** you want to know something? pork stew just doesn't work...it was thrown out and I'm struggling to rid the kitchen of the stench!
