Anal douche

I used an anal douch last night for the first time. In fact it was an attachment to the shower bought from love honey.

How often should I do this. I thought I would use it to help keep me clean for strap on fun rimming and anal play in general.

However I read somewhere that the cleaning could remove good bacteria and minerals any advice or thoughts ?

Only do it if you are planning to have anal play, regular doubling will result in problems for you as you flush out all the good gut flora you need for effective digestion of food.

When I'm playing I use mine a couple of hours before. Everytime I play as I like to be rimmed.
