Can anyone suggest any photo / video editing software for beginners. I tend to just use the free apps on my phone but want something to give me more options. cheers

I movie on app mac is good

But permiere elements is good as well

You could try Windows Movie Maker - more basic and beginner-friendly than some of the alternatives. And free

Photo editing you could take a look at GIMP for the PC(omg could I write alotta jokes about that name ) its free and quite good.

Video there a product called movie plus from Serif their older product are cheap/possibly free if your lucky worth taking a look see if you like before paying out for its current version. other may know of other freeware you could try.

Seriously, download Picsart on your phone, it's free, and is absolutely amazing. Such an in depth piece of kit, I can show you the work I've been doing with it for the last couple of years.

You need Picsart in your life, cannot speak highly enough about it.
