Birmingham

I usually walk to and from work which is about 5 miles there and back but it was so cold this evening I hopped on a bus. I probably cover a further 2 - 3 miles whilst at work (I'm out in the community for the best part of the day).

I don't drive and don't want to. A car would ruin me!

Only about a mile, maybe two, but I do walk more when it's not so cold as I'll walk to work and back and go for a ramble at lunchtime.

Pretty much it's a mile to get the tram from home then 1/2 mile to the office then it was 3 miles there and 3 miles back to one meeting then 1/2 mile to another one then the walk back to the office

We both do at least 6mile a day back and forth to school or work but quite often it'll be closer to 10mile after going shopping and doing everything else we need to

Three times a week a measured ten mile walk carrying a load of 15kg (for exercise)

And probably between three and five on other days just going about my business....so round 45 miles a week.

More in summer as I'm at work 12 to 16 hrs a day and bar mealtimes I'm more or less constantly on my feet....

Usually 4kms daily - after Olympian feats of laziness over Christmas it's a lovely change. And so much better than the gym!

I walk at least 6 miles a day during the week. I don't drive and spend my day walking backwards and forward to school and nursery.

North Bristol

I generally walk about 5ish miles each day with the baby but goodness knows how much i'm walking round the house, up & down after a 9 month old.

Enough to have shifted just over 3st in 6 months though without really trying.

South East Midlands NOT

"Not enough. Not nearly enough."

Same here.

I live in a remote area and I can't go anywhere without my car. I work 12 miles from home so have no choice but to drive. I'm hoping to move to the town I work in, which would help massively. I walk into the town centre and back on my lunch break a couple of times a week, but that's not even a mile each way.
