His plan may be carrying weapons but he is a soldier he is there to follow orders soldier are protected by the Geneva convention.

I would suspect that he did not know the pilot. The situation with IS is tragic. I guess I was intrigued by the OP's plea for the pilot to be welcomed by God with open arms (and for the perpetrators to be judged). Please, no disrespect is intended towards the OP's well-intentioned post. Does the invocation of a one true and fathomless God not strike a chord of irony though?

Mr fry condemns God. Ok. But I condemn ppl who with EVIDENCE need to be entertained with music to give money over to third world countries. What would Mr fry say on this?

U know if God does exist should he not act like these forums are?sometimes ppl think thT they are too good to ever do wrong. Would u judge the OT differently if the groups God ordered to be killed were like IS? Pause to think

Mr fry does not like the bible because God ordered ppl to be killed. I retorted with, what if these ppl were like IS? U would not have a problem with God choosing to kill them
