I have a lovely 4 bed house in Somerset and am away a lot through work etc.

I am looking for TV loving lodgers who will only see me when I am back and have the place to themselves the rest of time. Only criteria is that you need to like TV's as I will want to dress and play when back. Clearly this will be a financially beneficial arrangement in comparison to the open market!!

The financial side mentioned is the rent for room and not for anything else.

It wasn't meant to sound like a criticism. The site does however discourage financial transactions of any sort.

Admin don't want the site as a classified site so you are best using sites more suited.
