Too young/old for me

Well I did say it was the obvious thread following on from my post on the "you know your old when.." thread!!

So you are 20 years older (or younger as it must follow either way) than the woman / man in the office that you have a major crush on... Would you ask, are you thinking am I too young/old, and how if taking the plunge would approach it?

Personally, I wouldn't be concerned about age and just chat to them. If there's some sort of chemistry then just go with the flow.

Remember that real life isn't the same as on here, some of the people in real life are NOT looking for "No Strings Attached" sex.

Due to my personal circumstances although I will go in there to ask the question just not yet!! And if the answer was in the affirmative obviously my membership here would eventually have to come to a close!

I'm 29 and a lady who I work with is 48 and we flirt a hell of a lot. She recently left but we've met up for lunch a few times. She's very touchy feely. Touches my arm, and chest when we talk. Eye contact is always intense to, and she texts me a lot.

I work with younger men, and one in particular who would very much be my "type" in the Fab world. However, I just sit and admire because I don't feel it would be appropriate to do otherwise in that context. Shame though
