It's hard to find the proper stories amongst the fantasy posts, spend a lot of time clicking on a post, read a cpl of lines then clicking back. Plus a lot seem to start, wait for the 'more please' then a bit more then wait for the ' and then what', prefer where you can read from start to finish without scrolling through loads of comments to get to the next bit.

Mixing memories with imagination is enjoyable, as for being too tame,a fine balance between something that stimulates the mind and something that's too crude,but I suppose that's down to the style of writing and not the story content.
