im ahaving a pamper sunday all smooth scrubbed and polished i havnt got dressed either just been lazing around in a towel pretty much all day ...its cold and windy not a day for walking the beach so i havnt !!!

carpet is ruined.....part of the floor needs to come up...not a happy girl.....and I missed a phone call from one of my fab friends...so even missed out on a cuddle to make me feel better.

Had some mates round and i cooked the roast beef full monty.

Clean plates after which i like to see.

Followed by tiramasu .

resulted in said mates and my self flat out on sofas watching "total wipeout usa" and laughing ourselves silly.

everything ached.
