i kid you not, but today is national yorkshire pudding day, so i hope everyone has a nice big one filled with onion gravy for their dinner

I can't get enough of Yorkshire puddings! Had my fix on me Sunday dinner and will again later with jam and milk. Best things ever.

my mum used to make a great dessert of yorkshire puds with grated orange zest in, and smothered in a sauce made of marmalade and golden syrup!

wish i'd never thought of it now..going to have to try making some tomorrow...recently discovered amazing marmalade ice cream so i'll get some to try with it!
