I've quit smoking 2 months ago but my mouth seems to have reacted badly.

My gums and bleed and hurts and im get olsures quite a lot.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I am off the cigarettes nearly a week. You are doing very well. Are you using the vapor cigarettes? That could be a reason for the problem.

No im not on anything. no nicotine at all for 2 months

This happened to me too, the dentist told me it was due to the circulation returning to the gums

Its wasnt exactly willpower. i read a book that un-brainwashes you so you understand what smoking really is.

It didn't take too long, I was given a mouthwash which helped a lot and a quick appointment with the hygienist
