So as our profile states we would like to explore as a couple and while we are both really excited by the prospect. I (Mrs) am quite nervous. I've had a 3some before and I know I enjoyed it however I was the guest. I'd love to know how the experiences differ.

Do you mean you joined a couple as a single? And wondering how it will be as a couple having a single join you?

Yes that's it I think. Me and miss Nutella were talking about it last night and it got her wondering.

Brighton - even Hove!

I'm always the guest and a considerate one too. I'm always hugely impressed and grateful to be invited to join a swinging couple.

Been the guest and also hosted with a lass once or twice, albeit at her house, though we were good friends and I felt at home at hers....I prefer to host, I tend to like to gently lead proceedings and found it easier to fall into that role as host.

Must be a home territory thing I guess...

"grateful to be invited to join a swinging couple. "

Not sure grateful is the right word.

Excited yeah..but grateful isn't the word.

It's a 3-way thing.

Stone

I've been both extra and host, prefer to host as you have more control of the situation as you have your partner to back you up with changing any situation you're unhappy with.

As extra, you have to try and be a mind reader to understand what will be accepted and what won't by the established couple.

I'd agree with the best part of that, though I think the mindreading bit can be reduced greatly with lots of communication...but yeah, you never quite have the level of communication that the couple will have, body language and little looks and things said in certain ways that only those very familiar with each other can read....
