Recorded it and am watching it now. One of the couples got married and they didn't have any family there at all. Just 4 guests. The bride was gettin ready and she was all by herself. She walked down the aisle by herself too. So now I am crying like a baby. coz if I get married and my family isn't there coz of my lifestyle I wus rather give up my lifestyle. Sad sap ain't I? Lol.

I hope one day I will meet The One, but if it doesn't happen it doesn't happen. It just made me sad to see her on her wedding day, putting on her earrings and her veil all alone. Thats all.

But it was her / their choice to do it that way because that it was what was right for them. We have previously been married before (to other people) and in truth what you do is you have a day that is all about compromises and doing the right thing for family.

When we got married we both wanted to throw convention completely out of the window and got married in a completely unconventional way. It was right for us and remains in our mind the best wedding in the world because it was outrageous, rock and roll and just for us. Others may not agree, but we did what we wanted to do.

Many people get married without their family and friends around. We did just that.....by escaping to Vegas, just me and hubby. Some don't like being the centre of attention and don't like all the pressures and fuss and trying to please everyone else. So don't be sad for them, it's their choice.
