I do love so to dance. The spirit in the music is very invigorating if you are house cleaning.

Danced around and sang (almost on key) to Rhianna's "Please don't stop the music" this morning as I was polishing.

Just recovered...

I do a brilliant 'dad' dance and as we are off to a wedding in a few minutes no doubt I will be asked to perform ................ or will that be at the party we are going to later?

I have on occasion breakdanced in the lounge to some old skool electro. Although I was caught by my kids and made to promise that I would never do again in case their friends ever saw me.

I am getting in shape for the Skegness Disco Inferno weekend at the beginning of Oct 10, and dance to some classic disco tunes from time to time!

I love to have a bit of a boogie when I think nobody is looking. I really enjoy sticking an old favourite CD on, jiggling about and maybe even having a bit of a warble too!
