I want to listen to a song again but no idea what it's called or what the artist is.

Was a fairly well known song in 90s. Sung by a guy that was stood inside a bin whilst singing. Got a feeling either East or West was in the title of the song. Was kind of a little bit indie as it had a guitar in it.

Not a clue but there's a clip on youtube of a guy in cambridge who's in a bin playing guitar and singing.

Had a quick look at that link but couldn't see his name jump out at me...

Get the feeling some of the lyrics are "deeper than most" and a few "yeah yeah yeahs" it was very close to time David Grey did white ladder album.

I've had my wrist slapped once or twice by the admins for unapproved links, even those which IMHO fall into the reputable news site category, but that's a whole different story not to be mentioned

What I like is that this forum doesn't automagically convert URLS into hyperlinks which means you can't obfuscate what you're providing a link too as happens on the majority of forums where you can manipulate them using the [URL][/URL] BBcodes

This gives the individual the opportunity to assess whether or not they wish to follow the link

Woke up just now and know what it is lol

It was The Beautiful South - Closer than most

Which is surprisingly hard to find a video of. But the guy does end up in a bin halfway through the song
