I've many a little chore stacking up, including now, sweeping the path of snow, where's your friendly Boy Scout gone when you need them? We hear so much about 'the big society' and how we should be helping those that can't help themselves, but I personally find that there is a big gap left by the demise of Scout Job Week. I know that there are safety concerns these days, but what about community service couldn't that be put to filling that gap? Obviously the individuals would need to be vetted
