is it just Glasgow or are there funny saying like that all over the place, id love to hear more,,

That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Even if you change it to "ripping the nut ofF it" it's no help.

That's not to say Weegieisms have to make sense. Take 'this is me since yesterday' for example.

WTF is that all about?
