Is it me or is that not on? I bought food especially. Well piss off. Would have been ok if she gave me head up.

We generally do the swap for a few hours thing, we bring the friend home from school, they play, we feed them and then mum or dad picks them up at 7, then they do the same with our children the next time

Manchester

I will pop round with my son for a playdate any time, and there's no need to bother with food

I've had similar at my daughters 4th birthday party. Parents who didn't know is from Adam left their kids with us, I had to insist on a contact phone no to be left with us!

But different again in your situation, I'd have assumed the mum would stay for coffee & a chat. x

Nope that's not on.

I recall similarly when i invited friends' mothers over. Out of 19 only one of them gave me head.

I did but she just brushed it off by waffling about some phone she had to take and pissed off.

This utterly terrifies me. I haven't had a kid left with us yet but bet it happens sooner or later. Mine are such a handful (that's code for behavioural problems), I'm nervous of another kid in the mix with no backup!

And never in a million years would I leave either of mine around some random persons house.

Maybe when they are about 20?

Titz Towers, North Notts

Cripes, if it had been my parents, they'd have started packing as soon as you took me in
